The standard processing order for t-shirt orders are 3-7 days and 7-10 days for denim. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping. There is a rush order option for each order if you would like to expedite your order to being processed in 12-72 hours.

Yes, you can pick up your order in person. A time will be arranged between you and the shop owner once your order is complete if you select "Pick Up in Person" at checkout.

There are no refunds offered as customized items cannot be reused or resold. It is very IMPORTANT that you approve any previews sent to you from shop owner prior to your order completion. When you approve your preview you are giving full consent to the printing and processing of your order. You must make any changes or request during the preview process. In special circumstances there will be store credits or exchanges offered but no refunds.It is our goal to make sure that every client has a pleasurable experience so we will do our very best to fulfill your needs!
